Logo refresh/redesign

Hi, I'm looking for someone to redesign an existing logo to update it. I'd like 2 options - a ''refresh'' of the existing one with not too many changes, and something completely different to bring it completely up to date. It will be used on the company website. Not sure on budget but as with everyone, not looking to spend too much! Please send me examples of your previous work :-)
