Logo formatted

I need a logo which I have designed in word turned into a format that can be used to print onto t-shirts and other items. It will need to be enlarged and minimized without losing quality. The idea of the logo is for it to look like neon light bars, obviously I have limited tools in word so anything that can be done to make them look more neon and more like light rods would be great. I need two versions of it - one with Darcy in the centre and one with DS or DAS.
