Logo for Men's hairdresser

Hello,

I require a logo design for my new barber shop which will be named David Johns Barbers. The shop is to be located in a sophisticated area of the regency town of Cheltenham and i am looking to atrract an older more mature clientele so i am trying to stay away from the current trend of hipster type barbers that is currently saturating the local market.

Keeping this is mind id like the logo to be clean , classy , simple yet striking , i shall also be requiring content for website and social media , aswell as business cards and other branded items.

Have set budget as up to £100 but am not paticularly looking to spend that much but will for somebody who can grasp a good idea of what i am looking for and sell it to me.

Please see samples attached but take note that we would like a cleaner font but do like the incorporation of scissors somewhere in the logo
