Logo design for coffee shop

Hi Freelancers,

We need a logo design for a new coffee shop based in Cape Town, South Africa. It's a called Covert Coffee and the idea is to market it as a secret place or a hidden gem, a hide away to relax in and escape from the hustle and bustle of the world. We prefer a font based logo without cheesy icons like coffee cup or beans, etc. Although a stylised monogram design would be beneficial to use as a stamp or on packaging. We were thinking of a monochrome colour scheme. We would like to see designs that are minimalistic, clean, modern and fresh.

We are looking for original designs, please no copying of existing logos.
