Logo design

I am looking for some help with a logo design, it needs to look similar to the version that I have attached, except for the patch over the eye I'd like it to be in the shape of a heart. Also I am wondering if maybe it needs some ears but am not 100% sure.

I would like 4 versions of the logo, one in white on a purple background, one in purple on a transparent background and both with the word woofr underneath, this needs to be in a really modern minimalistic style text.

If you can let me know if you can help with this and what the costs are that would be great!
