Logo and poster design

Hi, I need someone to redesign a logo and poster for a small business. Ive had a couple of people work on this through pph and even though those jobs have been officially wrapped up, we didn’t quite get there in terms of creating the logo and poster design that the company needs.

I have images for reference to show how the design has been developed up to this point, and a very clear idea of what is needed in order to perfect the logo and poster.
