I need an existing logo changed into high resolution jpg

Information for the business: We are a disability charity
Industry: Healthcare
Brand name/slogan in logo: British Society for Disability and Oral Health. Unlocking barriers to care
Ideas for the visual style: The logo is done we just need a high resolution for publishing
Things to avoid: Do not change text, colours or logo proportions
Preferred colors: Blue
Where the design will be used: Print, banners, website
Extra notes: We have lost the original file of our logo and only have a low resolution one from our website. We need a high resolution for print etc. We don't want the text or design changed. Ideally if some sort of scalable file format were provided (we sould take your advice on this). Otherwise a high quality jpeg.
