Disappointing. I provided a low res image which was supposed to be re-designed in high res. All that happened was the image was upsized/scaled and then 'touched up' very badly which wasn't anywhere near the standard expected of a Graphic/Web Designer. Also tried many, many times to request payment BEFORE he provided me with the final image (previous versions had been blazoned with a watermark to prevent use - which was fair enough) to which I declined as per the PPH T's & C's. Disappointing all round I'm afraid but I honoured my side of the bargain by paying...reluctantly. My faith in PPH has definitely damaged.
