I need a logo and colour ways for a new luxury apartment block

Extra notes: We are opening up an exclusive set of 6 luxury serviced boutique apartments in the centre of Oxford (St Thomas Street). The building has been completely renovated outside and inside (see image). These will be for 7 day (min) letting up to many months. The target guest type will be a high-worth businessperson (visiting or relocating to Oxford), or maybe a medical consultant needing to stay in Oxford for a week or a few months working at one of the hospitals. The 1 and 2 bedroomed apartments will be of the highest standard and luxury with every amenity to make the stay a 'home from home' (e.g. walk in waterfall shower, heated floors, siemens kitchen, granite worktops etc.). please look up the meaning of URBANE... it means sophisticated and 'of the city'. We need a strong logo typeface/font for URBANE (Urbane or urbane). Please can you add 'St Thomas Street' under there logo as might need this as we will be opening another set of 7 apartments a few blocks away from the first one, so we might need to have another logo for URBANE2 or URBANE with strapline 'Hythe Bridge Street'. If you concentrate on URBANE and just bear in mind the need for the strapless underneath and possibly a '2' added for the second apartment block.
