Graphic designer needed to redo previously designed logo

I currently have a logo for my company that was designed some time ago. At the time, it was fine, but the work and vision has changed. The current logo is serif and I don't have clearly-defined brand guidelines or clean vectors.

The primary focus of this project is:
- Redesign the logo and brand in a cleaner, more minimal style (preferably sans serif, but that's negotiable). There's an aspect of the logo I'd like to keep, but I'm flexible about everything.
- Deliver a brand style guide that includes font pairings and color at the minimum. Ideally, it would include more complete typography rules that could be used to develop a website. (Note: This project doesn't include any web design or development. I'm open to hearing any suggestions if you have any, but I don't in any way expect you to deliver web designs or code.)
- Clean vectors for the logo and icon in the appropriate variations. I will also want a couple of vectors for animation purposes (drawing the logo and then filling it out on a loading screen, etc.). This would all be dependent on the final design so this is open to change.
