Draw up a logo for our new company division

I need a graphic designer to properly draw up a logo (design has already been roughly mocked up by a novice) for a new division of our recruitment company. This logo is based on our existing company logo so should maintain as much similarity as possible. We will need source files and different formats of the logo (PNG, PDF. etc). Wewill need a colour and white/light version and versions with and without the tagline. Please match the colours in the mock up. Any improvements also happily taken on board.

I will attach png mock-up of new design and our main company logo. I can then send logo eps files. Please let me know if you need anything else.
