Company Logo Design

Hello all,

I'm looking for a company logo to be designed for a new start road haulage firm based in the UK. The company name is Compass Motor Transport. The logo must include a compass as seen in the example logos I've attached.

I would like neutral colours used mostly greys. The logo must also be minimalist. The font Nexa would be preferred if possible or an alternative that looks similar. The colours are somewhat tbc currently however this is a simple alteration. I would potentially also like mountains included in the logo although this idea may not work due to space limitations.
