Business name and logo for startup

I am an HR professional with experience in recruitment and training. I have recently started to offer a freelance service on peopleperhour and fiverr and am starting to pick up clients. I am looking to develop my freelance service into a business by building a website/ social media and possibly linking this with my freelance account. I know little about business or internet marketing etc. Before doing this, I need a logo and business name.

In particular, as I am a full-time student, I am looking to see if it's possible to build my business but allocate work to other freelancers whilst taking a small cut. The ideal is to grow my business so that it's successful but I'm not so concerned about personal profit. However, I'd like to have something that I could take over as an insurance at a later date.

I'm not sure what's possible as I've always worked in the public sector so know little about business. Grateful for advice on developing an internet presence and marketing my business as above. Thank you.
