Custom Painting of building (with photo as reference)

I have a photo of a building, and I would like it replicated into a painting (as a gift).

Signs can be "removed from the garden". Photo example was taken in fall, so garden does not look as nice as it does during the spring/summer. Would like to have the roses drawn, and the garden look neat and tidy in the painting. I would like the painting to be from the perspective of being directly centered in front of the building (not from the side angle). Most similar to first photo. Additional photos provided just for reference.

Would like it drawn as if photo was taken on a sunny day, with blue sky.

Additionally, the largest tree on the very left hand side (when looking at the photo), has white flowers on it in the spring (it is a white crepe myrtle). It would be nice to have that replicated in the artwork. For reference, look at google map street view for Stage Road Animal Hospital, Angier, NC.

I would like this to be 11x14 in size, and will need it to be posted to me no later than the last week of October!
