3D of Restaurant and Bar with a Photomontage of the Frontage

I am seeking an experienced 3D designer/modeller to create a compelling photomontage for a Restaurant & Bar entrance with a contemporary African theme. Deliverables:
1. Detailed 3D models and renderings of the interior restaurant and bar space,
2. An inviting outdoor seating area - African themed with seating area, walkways, flowerpots and murals on internal fence surface.
3. A photomontage of the frontage as viewed from the main avenue.

Designer should apply creative license, reference online resources, and craft cohesive decor, furniture, lighting, ceiling, flooring and overall ambience. Only seasoned professionals with relevant portfolio experience should bid.
