Print designer to convert a PSD file to a hi quality PDF print file with AI/pdf file

I have 2 PSD (photoshop) file's which are labels for 2 products. I have created these myself using photoshop but when I try to save as PDF my printer says the quality is not good enough to print for the labels.

I need these converted to a high quality print file by either converting or re-creating the same files. They need to be high quality 300+ dpi for print.

Very simple labels with some text and I believe it's the text that is causing the problem for the printer.

needs to be done asap within the next few days.
