Hand-painted flag effect graphics

I am making 5 printed flags, which need to look as if they have been hand-painted. I have created full-size clean vector art for them, but I need someone to create 'painted' versions of the designs which I can then print.

The finished flag size will be 170cm x 150cm. If the 'painted' version you create is not a vector it will need to be at least 50% of the full size at 300dpi.

I have attached two of the designs plus one image of an actual flag being painted, to give you an idea of what I need.
I want artistic flair with tints and highlights and imperfections .
I want it to look like it has been painted by hand.

I will want to have one design (the blue one I have attached) finished within 48 hours of starting so that I can review the quality of the work and decide whether or not to proceed with the rest of the job. The price I'm looking for is £250 for all five designs. NOT £250 each
