Floorplans graphic for userinterface

Estimated project duration: 1 - 2 weeks
I need a floor plan for reatil store to be used in a building automation system. The floor plan must be delivered in .svg format with a focus on the file size should be as small as possible without it being seen on the quality. User is on office monitor.
The design must be in a gray color that matches the existing user interface. See example attached. (UI exempel)
Attached are a few examples of designs. In order to get an idea of how the stores are decorated, streetview can be used here: https://goo.gl/maps/qG6FuDujxadnXRdC8. Note it is not the same store as the current project, but only as inspiration.
Attached is AutoCad which can be used for the work. Note it is the plan with the footnote that is the current one. (Upper right.)
If you have made similar or other graphic material I would like to see examples of this.
