Hamilton, GBMy first issue is how the Hourlie is advertised which did mislead me and that's the cost! An Hourlie unless otherwise stated in the description should be the cost of the project instead it is actually per hour. Secondly, they took it upon themselves to charge me for an extra hour without informing me of how much time I have used up (was resolved quickly). I only asked for a change in sizes to a very basic UK standard size house (Taylor Wimpey 1960's) plus extension. Thirdly I am not an architected so feedback (good or bad) on my ideas for this extension would have been great but I got nothing at all. I have sent the design to another PPH Freelancer (without purchasing) and has come back with about three paragraphs on suggestions and why have I made a few of my decisions.
The positive was the design of the floorplan was good, but I expect more than this especially if someone just intends to add on the hour's labour like this.Bench-Mark M.
Quite shocked on his feedback. He is one of those clients who wants the work done in free and dont want to pay for anything at the end. PPH please tell him professional services are not free! This is the first time Benchmark got this sort of feedback from a client just look at our history.
Be aware all services providers from this person, he is a cheat! -
