Custom Raynes Park Poster (70cm x 50cm)

I am looking to have a custom poster of Raynes Park in Merton, London.

I would like this poster to be in a similar style as the following:

The dimensions should be 70cm x 50cm and of higher resolution so can be printed in that format.
Also needs to be suitable for printing on 230gsm Museum Grade Matt Archive Paper, Archival Quality Inks.

I would like several locations to be included, in a blended, drawing style (as per above):
- High street with small shops and corner pub
- Train station
- Hollymount School
