Colouring book and Picture Book - including covers

Alphabet Colouring Book and Alphabet Book.

There are two parts to the project

1. Create an Alphabet Colouring Book. Each letter will be on a double page spread. The left page will be the letter and the right page will be the image. E.g. Left page Large A for Aeroplane. Right page. Boy flying an Aeroplane. There will be a Male and Female child character throughout the book. Both Characters are to be of Black/African decent and their features and hair, frame etc is to reflect this. An example of set up can be sent if needed. The are range for the book is 2 - 7 years old. The Characters need to be reflective of this. The full Alphabet and images to be used will be provided e.g A for Aeroplane - Boy flying the aeroplane , B for Bike, Boy riding the Bike etc . This will be produced in full once hired.

2. Create an Alphabet book. The Alphabet Colouring book is then to be produced in full colour, as a stand alone alphabet book. Therefore, although two projects are to be produced as the final product, the same images are used twice, with potentially some minor changes so that the pages are full and are reminiscent of a normal book.

I am looking for Top Cert Childrens Illustrators in accordance with the budget indicator provided by people per hour, however the budget indicator used by People People Per is not representative of the actual budget.
