Christmas Scrooge Illustration

I need an illustrator to create three variations of a Scrooge character in vector format. The scrooge needs to be wearing a high vis jacket as well as the traditional garments usually associated with scrooge! Also maybe a hard hat?! (Please see attached visual reference) The three versions will be 01. Unhappy/angry 02. Pondering/thinking 03. Happy. Project ready to start immediately. Please send reference of portfolio, in particular character illustrations created in illustrator.
