Children illustrator - african story

Looking for a children book illustrator, who can portray the nature of Africa, in a very unique, imaginative and creative way, the target age group is 3-5 years old. i really want the 'rawness' of Africa shown, for a modern audience , using the right colours, presenting detailed features and having a standard, such as the 'Gruffalo' . There are abstracts, used in the narrative and I need help to portray this through the illustration - someone to tell a story, through the illustrations because there is a powerful message in this book

I really want a children s illustrator, who is experience, whereby they will need, little of my assistance and can take this project, to a whole different level independently, using initiative, someone that is able to read the narrative and knows exactly how to approach it. An illustrator who even has an idea of the narrative artwork, as its a rhyming book and knows the most effective place, to place the narrative. I love computer illustrations. but if there are better ways to approach it, that is fine.

I need someone who is consistent with communication and really cares about the project.
