She completely got my vision and patiently retouched and even sometimes redid things from scratch to make sure it came out perfectly. We did have issues in communication in terms of getting to see the draft version at the time agreed - however the end result was truly magnificent. She helped bring a birthday present idea to life and I cannot wait to see the look on my friend's face.
