Advertising Graphic Designer

I need a graphic designer who will create print ads for me. I have a LCD T.V. screen located in a gym and will soon have advertisers who will pay to have a 15 second slot on my screen. We will have advertisers ranging anywhere from auto dealerships, new home builders, dentist's, eye doctors, insurance agents, etc. I will have up to 50 advertisers per location. I will be locating the advertisers and need a good graphic artist who can create awesome print ads. I would also like to review your portfolio. I would like to stay around $50-$75 per print ad that is created. I'm expecting to have 5 gyms up by next month which should gernerate a lot of advertisers needing print ads created.
