We are delighted with Zehra's work and the post work attention she gave to a minor problem with the final file delivery. She responded to emails quickly and carried out the eowrk well within our requested timescales. We will certainly wish to use her again.

I can wholeheartedly recommend Zehra . She had to incorporate nearly 100 cartoons into a “serious and yet humorous setting.” A difficult job, which she tackled well. If it is layout skills you are after look no further. However, her weakness lies in her communication skills and timeliness. I have tried to be fair but she can improve in these areas. In mitigation, she was juggling several difficult jobs, and had to deal with “personal problems.” My older version of Microsoft Word added to her problems. In addition, she had to liaise with a cartoonist on the other side of the globe. Her average score for communication and timeliness I feel is fair. In spite of these failings, I will definitely in the future, use her for a follow-up book!!

Zehra has done a good professional job within budget and on time.
