Signage strategy for shopping centre

I need someone to help me create a signage strategy & signs for a small shopping centre called merton abbey mills https://www.mertonabbeymills.org.uk/ 

The first step will be to create a design language that can be used across multiple signs (including fonts, colours, borders, logos, graphic features, etc). This will need to include 4 of the signs. 50% of the fee will be payable on completion of this.

The second step, once we have the strategy, will be to use this to create the final 5 signs types. The most important thing is the signs feel related but are all a bit different. The final 50% will be payable on completion of this.

I am looking for someone with experience of creating different designs with related signs. Please details of this experience in your pitch.

-Existing signage design templates. I have developed this separately. It is a bit boring but we will use this to form the basis of the signage strategy.

-Sign manufacturer (Bark) quote, ideas and images. This gives you some idea about what the site look like and types of signs we need. Ignore the actual designs.
