Photoshop cutout work, and possible grading of images

Information for the business: Photoshop
Design details: I have approximately 100 jpeg high res images that are all shot against a plain white background - we need high res png files with an alpha channel intact, so that we can bring them straight into photoshop as cutout laters to create some training packages.

The project will be delivered in two batches (40 approx and 60 approx). We are looking for a quick turn around, and ideally need the first batch completed for 30th April 2015 deadline and the second batch completed for 6th May 2015 deadline. We estimate that the whole project (100 files) will take 1 day or less.

Please note that the sample files attached to this brief are LO RES versions for you to see now - The actual files we'll need cutting out all exist as full resolution jpeg files. Please note some tricky hair shots here and there ;-)
