Organizational Chart Design

I have an organizational chart design for a company that has 43 employees title. I need two things:
1- I need someone to upgrade the deign that I have and make it more clear, organized, and nice looking.
2- I also have descriptions and duties for each title. I need another design that in more details to show each job in the chart description and duties.

So, design one is for a quick look to see all the employees in the company. Design two is for more details and to see what’s the job for each one.
