New Menu Design Layout

I have been using the current design of a Menu for about 3 years. I've changed basic details a couple of times but not the design.

I am restructuring the prices, and scrapping a few lines. and want to simplify the rice and noodles part of the menu.

With this amount of changes, I would like a fresh look to the menu, keeping the fun factor in the theme of the original.

I do have a brand guidelines PDF but was unable to upload on here, but there is a set number of colours and fonts I would like to stick with.

The last designer I used, did add a couple of gimmicks, jokes to amuse and entertain a little. I would welcome some fresh ideas from creative individuals.
