I need two excel Spreadsheets custom made

We use Word documents for Estimates and Customer Acceptance Forms and I need to get them made up as Excel documents.
We prepare a visual for the customer from our design software and need t otranspose tehse items into an estimate and CAF document whilst on site.
The two documents should work together - so we fill in the numbers on the Estimate and the totals and deposit requested bring forward onto the CAF.
