House Plans redrawn for me to submit to Planning

Ihave a set of plans completed 2019 refused by my local council because of the 450mm overhang on the front extension

I also enclose a 2009 request which was approved the front 2nd floor extension has a lower roof pitch and also does not exceed the current building perimeter I need a set of plans that combines 2019 floor plan and rear extension and garage along with the 2009 front 2nd floor extension
