Custom PowerPoint Template

I need a custom powerpoint template for use in creating online courses for my new company. The template would need to a frame at the right to have a place to overlay video of me speaking and below this have my name (editable for other instructors at my company), and company logo/information. My logo is long so an alternative would be to also have a frame at the bottom for the logo and tagline. If you have done similar work and have alternative desings that work well for online teaching with PPT, video and audio I would like to see them for consideration.
