B/C Jan11 A4 menu

I am wanting a new \'menu\' deisgn for a late night drinks delivery service, been trading 6 years & looking for someone that understands how to get cutomers to pick up the phone...or order online to create sales. The main method of distribution is via hand delivery or local free newspapers so I am wanting someone that can design something that will stand out amongst the crowd . It will be A4, double sided, full colour. Several other projects for this and other associated companies will be made available to the right person.
