A small corporate brochure

I am looking for someone to design a short corporate brochure to promote our training and development services to clients in the Middle East region. We have finalised the copy but need a strong visual look that will appeal to a wide range of organisations. I have attached a pdf of our proposed draft version - would prefer an A5 brochure but open to ideas. Need to complete the project by this Friday.
