12 Page A4 Booklet Design - InDesign

I require the design of a 12 A4 page brochure for an estate agent client, I would like it creating in InDesign.

I have the text and other marketing material we have done for the client so that you get a feel for their usual style. We may require further stock image, I usually use Shutterstock but happy for other suggestions.

I require a portfolio of brochure jobs that have been created in InDesign please.
