I need YouTube Thumbnails (ongoing gig)

Hi,

I need someone who can create similar YouTube thumbnails as the following example attached.

Important:
- the quality needs to be the same as per attachment or even better
- I will need one thumbnail a week 4 per month
- The face or character changes too sometimes dark hair, longer shorter etc
- budget will be 20 EUR per thumbnail
