I need a full themed design for my product

I am a children's toy manufacturer I am looking for a full theme design to match other products. I need someone who can design characters and place onto backgrounds to create scenes that are fun and childlike. I am looking for a peep board to be created in a train theme with a train conductor as the peeps hole. A successful design will result in over 20 products requiring designs to complement a full range.
