Hendersonville, NC, USPayment has been made. It stated before I paid that I should have received the final work before paying. Are you aware of that being the proper order of things?

Yes, I'm aware but as I had shown you the final product designs with a watermark before payment the final product was definitely going to be sent to you in high res on completion of payment.
I have just had previous experiences of sending out the work prior to final payment and not receiving any communication from the buyer after that.
