Anime Style Character [Vector Based] Based on Me, With Expressions and Poses

Seeking an artist confident in various (or at least some) anime/manga style character drawing.

The ideal would be something similar to the expressiveness of Dragon Ball Era Akira Toryama artwork, though personal flair is always welcome!

The desired end result would be an "Anime-ized" version of myself (see example photo below, ideally not as fat though. Photo is what I look like, ideally no beard in the anime-ized version, and though the lighting is off my skin is rather fair, not tanned, closer to pale but not sickly, hair and eyes are brown.) expression chart showing the full head and most of the upper body, at least enough to see the arms and hands that would react accordingly with the expressions. (See sample expression chart below for the expressions I'd be looking for with THREE additional "Casually Explaining" poses for variety) Character should be in colour, with minimal shading (no need to go full intricate detail (just complete looking?)).

The work would need to be easily and cleanly crop-able and be in Vector so it is infinitely scale-able. I intend/hope to use these as an "Avatar" of sorts for an online review series.

It is the hope that if the series progressed well I could contact the artist again for future paid projects and work (New expressions/poses, costume changes, etc.)
