Certificate of course completion ( swimming) - club

I need a certificate of completion of a swimming course to be designed. It's for swimmers 9-16 years old competitively swimming, so it's not a learn to swim baby type design with fishes and turtles.

Need it to be simple, in line with the brand but also eye-catching.

I need somebody who can work and use their own ideas without asking me every 5 minutes if this is ok or what shall they do...I found it very frustrating and time consuming working in this manner.

I did not like any of the standard designs in Canva.

Must be in editable format e.i. need output in ai format and pdf.
Note: Not in canva template, not in photoshop. Ai format and source files

Required by COB Monday, 19th July.
