SCOPE OF WORK
Greetings and thanks for your interest in this work.
This work is for a new single storey retail unit (4000 square feet), plus associated parking for up to 16 cars and delivery capabilities.
UNIT 1: 3000 square foot retail floor space and 1000 square foot non-retail floor space

Please quote for two prices ONE for steps 1-3 and ONE for step 4:
1. One 2D Floor Plan
2. Four 2D Elevation Drawings
3. One Site Plan (to scale)
4. Detailed building regulations compliance drawings including steel frame calculations
STEP 1: ONE 2D FLOOR PLAN
• The required 2D Floor Plan is to show detailed measurements of all lengths, widths, depths, and area sizes similar to the example provided in attachment 1.
The designer shall propose typical commercial standards for those measurements that are not provided
STEP 2: FOUR 2D ELEVATION DRAWINGS
• The required 2D Elevation Drawings must show detailed measurements of all lengths, widths, depths, and heights similar to the example provided in attachment 1.
Based on the approved 2D Floor Plan (from Step 1), the designer shall develop four elevation drawings: one for each side of the adjoining units.
• The designer shall propose typical commercial standards for those measurements that are not provided.
• Show rain gutter in the drawing.
STEP 3: ONE Site Plan
• Similar in clarity and details to what is provided in attachment 1.
STEP 4: Detailed Building regulations compliance drawings including steel frame calculations
IMPORTANT GENERAL NOTES:
• Provide all drawings in two formats:
1. Their source files in which they were developed – without password – and editable by us after receiving them preference DWG format.
2. PDF for 2D drawings
• The copyrights for all drawings shall be to our company and a copyright statement to this effect is required at the completion of each step.
