Amendments to Existing Planning Drawings

Design details: We have had some plans passed already. The original architect has done the drawings (hand drawn) they have now retired and will not make amendments. We require the floorplan to be altered slightly, basically moving a stairs 1m to the right. Depending on cost we are also looking at a 3d make up of the property and ideally some ideas on how to finish the external walls.
