I need a cover and layout design for a photography zine

I need a fresh, modern design for a short-run contemporary photography zine. This project is comprised of black and white photographs, titled 'Last Orders'. An initial sketchbook of images is here: https://www.johncollins.ie/lastorders

The designer will have a strong creative input in the final choice of images, as well as creating a compelling cover and layout.

The specs of the zine are:
250x176mm Booklets
4pp Cover onto 200gsm uncoated
Matt Lamination to outer
36pp Text onto 150gsm uncoated
Black print throughout
Trimmed, collated and wire stitched
