Graphic design for a toolbox

Hi I need a simple graphic design for a toolbox (around 17000 words, please find example of one chapter attached). The audience are small NGOs and charities and the toolbox should be visually appealing, simple yet fun. It can contain pictures (happy for you to use free copyright ones). For any questions please let me know. I would like to ask for at least 1 revision of the toolbox.
