Convert a PDF of a novel into epub and mobi formats

I need someone to take the PDF of my upcoming novel and to create epub and mobi formats that retain the look and feel of the PDF as much as possible while ironing out any errors in the conversion process.

Please note that I'd like this to be done manually as I've tried using automatic converters in the past and they don't tend to work 100%.

The manuscript is around 270 pages with no fancy formatting, illustrations, etc. So I'm hoping it should be a relatively easy job. It's just going through the final round of proofing now and so I should be ready to go with it as of Wednesday this week. I don't need an immediate turnaround so I'd prefer you to take your time with it and to get it right than to rush it and to leave me with e-copies that are nowhere near as beautiful as the physical copy will be.

There may also be potential for us to work together in the future if you do a good job as I ghostwrite books for other people and work with other authors, as well as needing the services myself.

I've attached an example of a previous book for you to see roughly what to expect. I don't really want to attach the manuscript for my unpublished book in a public forum so I'll send that over to the successful applicant via private message.
