Ernesto did a very careful job for me, creating an ebook, a slightly tricky publication with hundreds of reference notes each requiring links. I was a little nervous at first, because I had never worked with him before, and I am a very fussy editor. He proved a very reliable and conscientious colleague, and fully earned my confidence. He was very patient with my many minor tweaks. I will certainly offer him my next book, in the hope that he will not be too busy!

Amazing to work with!

To be fair, being a technical 'programming' book did not make this easy, coupled with issues with M$ word on Mac and on Windows and my LibreOffice, the print version was quite an undertaking. The Ebook work went mauch better but slower than expected but Ernesto's attitude in face of all this was 5 star! Would use Ernesto again if I get the chance.
