Book formatting for printing (text)

I need someone to format the text and layout of a book for printing. It is text only and relatively straightforward. The text will need to be put on the page so as to be appropriate for standard printing and binding on 8  3/4″ x 5  1/2″ pages. It MUST be typeset in LTC Caslon.

A table of contents must also be added once the pages have been laid out.

It is about 280 pages and currently in a word document, fully typed. It only requires typesetting.
