Corporate animation video (2 mins)

We run a investment fund and are launching a new promotion in January and need a promo video for December.

The animation will be around 2 mins long only. Animation style should be similar to link below, using a version of the speedometer but showing 2 sides, so Speedo on left and then rev counter on right.

With this would be some nice text effects and music etc, no voice over needed.

The concept is to use the right hand side to show pounds £, starting from £25,000 and going up to £1m+

Then on the left hand side whilst the right hand £££ is increasing we would like percentages to be displayed The order of this should be

left hand: £25,000 up to £500,000 = right side: 30% profit share
left hand:£500,000 -£1,000,000 = right side: 35% profit share
left hand:£1m+ = 40% right side: profit share

Link below shows idea we like, but we want colour scheme Black and Gold, we will provide logo files etc.
