Jpg images into 3D files in norder to be printed in 3D

I have seen your profile and I would like to consult your services to be part of this project. I have some designs made by me in Photoshop, they are in jpg and I would like to convert them into 3D format to later be send to a 3d printer . These are some reliefs for a scale model of a temple from the bronze age.

I would like to convert these images into reliefs without being a full 3D , but obviously stil having a structure with highlights and shadows that are not totally flat,

I will let you attach 2 of the designs so you can see what it is about, please get back to me , I would like if this something that can be done , and also will give you more details about size and total numbr
